We provide pre-season preventive maintenance for all manufacturers gas furnace or home heating system. We will be glad to set an appointment to visit your home or office and inspect your heating system to insure it's reliability during the cold winter months.
During a maintenance visit our service personnel can also advise you about a home humidifier or increasing a home's air filtration system to improve indoor air quality.

Air Conditioning Preventative Maintenance
FLARE provides pre-season and seasonal preventative maintenance for all manufacturers' central air conditioners or home cooling system. We will be glad to set an appointment to visit your home or office and inspect your Air Conditioning system to ensure its reliability during the warmer months.
FLARE Heating & Air Conditioning will do the following:
- Oil inside blower
- Oil outside Air Conditioner condenser motor
- Clean outdoor Air Conditioner coil
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check air filter
- Check amp draw & electrical controls for Air Conditioner
